Returns and Replacement Policy
At Adonis Vitae, we want customers to receive their orders accurately and in good condition. Please review our returns and replacement policy before placing an order.
1. Store Credit Only
Approved returns, replacements, damaged item claims, missing item claims, or order issues are resolved through store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds to the original payment method.
2. Eligibility for Support
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, clear photos if applicable, and a short description of the issue.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed and approved, we may issue store credit or provide a replacement depending on the situation.
4. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, contact us with your order number and package details. We will review the order and may issue store credit or provide a replacement if the claim is approved.
5. Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of wellness, peptide, intimate wellness, and supply products, many items may be considered final sale once shipped or opened. Opened, used, tampered, damaged after delivery, or improperly stored items may not qualify for return or replacement.
6. Product Reports and Research Products
Peptide products are sold for research purposes only. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, strengths, categories, and available reports before purchase. Products without a currently uploaded report may show “COA Pending Upload” on the product page.
7. Shipping Issues
Adonis Vitae currently ships within Canada only. We offer express shipping for $20 on orders under $200 and free shipping on orders over $200. Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts are outside our direct control.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, Adonis Vitae may not be responsible for replacement or store credit.
9. Payment Issues
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Payments can be sent to pay@adonisvitaepayments.com. If payment cannot be matched to an order, processing may be delayed until confirmed.
10. How Store Credit Works
If store credit is approved, it may be issued as a coupon code, account credit, or manual credit toward a future order. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
